These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between RoxLeads (“we,” “our,” “us”) and any client or website visitor (“you,” “your”) engaging with our services. By using our website or entering into a service agreement, you agree to these Terms.
RoxLeads provides marketing services for architecture and design firms, including but not limited to:
SEO, content marketing, cold outreach, PR, and strategic consultations.
All services are tailored to each client following a discovery call or consultation.
To start a collaboration, clients must confirm the proposal and pay a deposit equal to 50% of the first month’s fee before work begins.
The remaining 50% is due after the first month’s completion, following the issued invoice.
Subsequent monthly invoices are issued at the end of each month and payable within 7 calendar days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All invoices are issued by Marketinške Storitve, Rok Jeseničnik s.p. (EU entity, Slovenia).
VAT is added where applicable.
Engagements are ongoing and may be canceled by either party with 30 days’ written notice (email is acceptable).
Work completed and deliverables produced before cancellation remain billable and non-refundable.
RoxLeads provides ongoing performance reports and strategic alignment calls to ensure project transparency and quality. These serve as revisions or progress checkpoints.
Due to the nature of marketing services, no direct refunds are provided once work has commenced.
RoxLeads may collaborate with specialized subcontractors or consultants to deliver parts of a project. All subcontractors work under RoxLeads’ supervision and confidentiality terms.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and timely information needed for campaign execution
Review deliverables promptly and communicate feedback
Respect agreed payment terms
Failure to provide required input or delay payments may postpone deliverables or pause the project.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared during collaboration. This obligation remains in effect even after the end of the contract.
Client retains ownership of their brand assets, logos, and original materials.
RoxLeads retains ownership of methodologies, templates, and proprietary tools used in campaign creation.
Upon full payment, the client gains full rights to use all final deliverables created specifically for their project.
RoxLeads will provide its services with reasonable care and skill but makes no guarantees of specific business outcomes or financial results.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the previous month of service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Slovenian jurisdiction.
